Weekly Porch Series at Greenbrier Farms
Greenbrier Farms offers a mid-week rest. A small family farm since 1988, Greenbrier Farms is bringing local, organically raised produce and pasture fed meats to the tables of hundreds throughout the year.

Wanting to share a piece of the “Good Life” with the community, Greenbrier owners Amy, Chad, and Roddy host The Porch Series every Wednesday evening, giving the Upstate a chance to experience the beautiful views, sample delicious food, and enjoy live music on the porch.
The evening begins with Chef Josh bringing out mini gyros, featuring Greenbrier Farm’s own pasture-fed and farm-finished beef, pickled red onion, feta, and fresh tzatziki sauce perfectly paired with one of the various craft beers on hand or a glass of cabernet sauvignon on the porch.
Throughout the night the farm snack spread is kept fresh: watermelon bites with fennel, chili oil, and feta ‘dust’ delight, bringing a little of Chef Josh’s Southwest flavor to the South.
