The original "pop-pop" himself, Albert “Inky” Harris, opened up his own steak shops in Philly during the 40’s and 50’s. “While growing up,” Stacey shared, “Dad would always say, one day we will have our own place just like 'pop-pop' did."
"This was a massive labor of love, so my dad could get what he wanted. He worked hard his whole life. I always wanted him to get what he talked about.”
